Jendayi Dyer began her journey in the Toronto dance scene in 2006 training in street dance styles including: hip hop, popping, locking, house, bboying, krump and waacking. She has performed in a variety of shows including: The Fringe Festival, Play The Parks 2015, Bazaar Dance Showcase, Choreographers Ball, World of Dance Toronto, and Monsters of Hip Hop. In 2012 Jendayi was one of three nominated at the Manifesto Floor Awards for “Up Coming All Styles Under 18” Dancer of the Year. Most recently, she was casted as a dancer in the feature film Full Out directed by Sean Cisterna and has danced for UK known artist, Berlane. Jendayi is honoured to be a member of Faction Crew and Footnotes Dance Company as she is able to train under three of the city’s best and can further pursue her passion with a crew of like-minded dancers who continue to inspire and motivate her.
